We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the design provided by us. This refund policy is applicable until you approve the designs. Once the designs are approved, we will not be able to process a refund.
If you choose to cancel the project, you are eligible for a 50% Money-back Guarantee from the total package or invoice amount. To request a refund, you must immediately contact us to cancel the project and initiate the refund process within 7 days from the project initiation date.
Timely Refund Request:
It is essential to inform us about your decision to cancel the project and request a refund within the specified 7-day period. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, we will not be able to refund your money.
Maximum Waiting Period:
We will wait for a maximum of 10 days from the date of your refund request. If the refund process is not initiated within these 10 days, we will not be responsible for your order, and the cancellation money will not be refunded.
